House Rules – LUMI AM SEETo help all our guests feel at home and preserve the peaceful atmosphere, please observe the following house rules:

• Check-in: From 3:00 pm, with flexible self check-in via a key safe.
• Check-out: By 11:00 am at the latest.
• Number of Guests: Maximum 4 people. Additional overnight guests are permitted only with prior approval.
• Pets: Dogs are very welcome.
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartment.
• Quiet hours: Please be considerate of the neighbours and avoid unnecessary noise, especially between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
• Parties & Events: Parties and events are not permitted.
• Looking After the Apartment: Please take care of the apartment, furniture and equipment. If anything is damaged, please let us know promptly.
• Cleanliness: Please leave the holiday apartment tidy and dispose of your rubbish. T
• Terrace: Enjoy the terrace and the view, but please be considerate of the neighbours.
