General Terms and Conditions Holiday Apartment LUMI AM SEE – Winterberg-Niedersfeld

• 1. Booking and conclusion of contract A rental agreement for the LUMI AM SEE holiday apartment is concluded once your booking is confirmed. The prices and terms provided at the time of booking apply.
• 2. Prices and Services The booking price includes accommodation, bed linen, towels, a parking space and the local tourist tax. We take care of registering and paying the tourist tax.
• 3. Arrival and Departure Check-in is available from 3:00 pm. On the day of departure, the holiday apartment is available until 11:00 am. Different times may be arranged in advance.
• 4. Cancellation Cancellations and changes are subject to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking. 
• 5. Use of the Holiday Apartment Please treat the holiday apartment with care. Please notify us immediately of any damage. Dogs and families with children are very welcome. The agreed maximum number of guests must not be exceeded.
• 6. Liability Liability for damages is governed by statutory provisions. Guests are liable under applicable law for any damage they culpably cause.
• 7. Final Provisions German law applies. All other matters are subject to the applicable statutory provisions.
